Nicole Goolsby (she/her) LMFT, CEDS, EMDR #98829
I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for each of my clients to openly share and process what is most important to them. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, perfectionism, anxiety, body image issues, low self esteem, relationship/family issues, depression, trauma, and shame. I am a certified eating disorder specialist. I am also a certified EMDR therapist and can utilize EMDR when appropriate to support healing from distressing life events and trauma. I have over 9 years of experience in the helping profession. Our work together will support you to develop a deeper understanding of your life, re-connect you with your inner strengths and values, find greater self acceptance, and support you in developing new tools to live a happier, more fulfilling life. I utilize a relational process oriented style of therapy. I work to treat the whole person and collaborate with each of my clients to provide individualized care.
Shelly “Nicole” Holybee (she/her) LMFT # 107981
As a therapist I have experience working in a multitude of roles, including in community clinics and schools. I have worked for almost 10 years with high risk youth and their families. I love working with teens, young adults, and adults and have experience with suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, difficulties with self-esteem/confidence, and trauma. I strive to create safe, non-judgmental, collaborative space for my clients to process, grow, and heal. We all go through times in our lives were we cannot hold everything alone and we need additional support, I want to be that support for you. In counseling, I don’t believe that one-size-fits all and so I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to meet each person where they are and explore with my clients to find what works for them. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, and Metaphor Therapy approaches.

I work with my clients to build a therapeutic relationship that nurtures growth and insight using curiosity, critical thinking, compassion, and humor. People who see me often struggle with intense emotions, voicing their feelings, feeling overwhelmed or lost, or lacking belonging. Specializing in addiction recovery and psychedelic integration, I understand sometimes journeys may involve past experiences that are difficult to integrate. I practice neurodivergence affirming care for ADHD and Autism Spectrum diagnoses and am currently in training at the Integrative Psychiatric Institute to become Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider. I strive to provide a welcoming space to encourage open expression and safety. My approach is grounded in the “here and now,” utilizing eclectic techniques and DBT skills to help you navigate complex thoughts and emotions while building resilience. As a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, I also offer impactful life coaching tools and exercises to my clients.
